Stonebwoy has finally commented after being silent during the scandal that emerged after his camp member, MC Portfolio, received a GH¢5,000 present from his rival Shatta Wale.
With the accusations of betrayal that surfaced after MC Portfolio took money from his competitor, Shatta Wale, many had anticipated that this development would signal the end of the dancehall musician’s partnership with Portfolio.
Many people thought Stonebwoy’s inaction on this matter was leading to a split because of his history of discreetly removing himself from disputes inside his camp, such as the Kelvynboy scenario.
But it appears that things are different here. Many had expected Stonebwoy to publicly reprimand MC Portfolio for ‘betraying’ him, but it seems he has heeded requests to blacklist him.

During an interview with Ike De Unpredictable on Angel FM, Stonebwoy stated, “Are you unaware of this man’s tricks? This swindler? This guy who sets things up?
He built up GHe 5,000 for him (MC Portfolio). He believes he has money since he has a large collection of five cedi notes in his chamber.
He went on to say, “Shatta wanted to threaten him with five cedi notes after meeting him (Portfolio).” Ask him, “How many times have I promised to give him stuff?” while pointing to his portfolio.
What is GHe 5,000 worth? I have more than GHe 5,000 to give, by God’s grace.
Additionally, Stonebwoy clarified that his customary quiet on matters does not imply that he is not prepared to voice his opinions when called for.
“Do you guys actually think we are scared to speak up?” he asked.
Portfolio was in the studio when Stonebwoy made these remarks, and he stayed motionless the entire time.
