Father of late Ghanaian singer, Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng, popularly known as Ebony Reigns, Mr Kwarteng, has claimed that the cause of his daughter’s death wasn’t just a car accident; rather, she was murdered.
Speaking in an interview with Nana Ama Shancy on Spice FM’s “Ofie Ne Fie”, he boldly claimed thst this daughter was murdered and he strongly believe so.
According to Mr. Kwarteng, it would have been a different story if this happened in another part of the world and the state would have assisted in investigation. But it seems no one cares
“I still insist Nana Hemaa was murdered… I don’t care what people say because who feels it knows it better…many will say a lot of things but it doesn’t push me.
“God the omnipotent is my judge that Nana Hemaa was murdered. And I’ll pursue this case though it’s not easy… You know what, if this was to be abroad, the state would have pursue this case because it’s their responsibility. But that is how unfortunate and unfair our part of the world is. In other parts of the world, no one will die in this manner and be left like just like that, unless Ghana. And I’ve said, and insist that Nana Hemaa was murdered, and I shall always say so,” Mr Kwarteng boldly claimed.

Ebony Reigns affably known as Nana Hemaa by close relatives was killed instantly in a traffic collision on 8 February 2018 whilst returning from Sunyani to Accra after a visit to her mother.
Her assistant and longtime friend Franklina Yaa Nkansah Kuri and soldier Atsu Vondee were also killed in the fatal accident.
The only survivor of the crash was the driver named Phinehas, who resides at Teshie.
