GFA President Kurt Okraku urges Nana Addo to reconsider the Alcoholic bill on sports
President of the Ghana Football Association Kurt E.S Okraku has call for Presidential pardon on Bill which disallow alcoholic beverages to sponsor Sports event.
He made these statement when he and the Executive Council visit the Presidency to discuss Black Stars preparation ahead of AFCON 2023 which will be played in Ivory Coach.
Encapsulating on it, he said it has been had for Alcoholic beverage companies who wish to Sponsor clubs and sports events difficult due to the Bill against it.
He further urges President Nana Addo to reconsider the decision on the Bill to help sports activities especially the Clubs to aid in their Duties.
Black Stars will be camping in South Africa and also be playing a friendly game Botwana on the 8th of January, 2023 ahead of the AFCON preparations.
