The Ghana Football Association Disciplinary committee has charged Asante Kotoko head coach Dr Prosper Nartey Ogum and Hearts of Oak for breach of the disciplinary codes.
Hearts of Oak have been charged with a breach of Section 16 of the GFA disciplinary Code 2019 and section 34(6)(d) of the GFA Premier League Regulation, 2019 following their Ghana Premier League fixture against Dreams FC.
It is alleged that their fans misbehaved to the match officials and also the commentary on their social media handle constitutes to misconduct which brings the name of the game into disrepute.
Also,Asante Kotoko head coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum has been charged with a breach of section 12(1)(i) of the GFA disciplinary code,2019 and section 34(6)(d) of the GFA Premier League Regulations, 2019 following Asante Kotoko’s Premier League game against Aduana FC.
It is alleged that he assaulted the officials verbally. The two parties have until 20th March to respond to the charges.
