GPL week 24 games continued today as two games were played at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park in Bechem and the Accra Sports Stadium simultaneously.
Accra Lions trumphed over struggling Bofoakwa Tano FC who currently lies at the relegation zone of the league table. Sadat Seidu’s only goal separated them as Lions won by 1-0.
Elsewhere in Bechem,the game ended in a stalemate. Both sides were unable to find the back of the net. This draw means Kotoko have won 1 point in their last 5 GPL games with sum up to 15 total points.
Accra Lions are now 4th on the log with 36 points while Kotoko is also 7th on the log with 33 points awaiting the results of tomorrow’s games.
