Nations FC welcomed Accra based Great Olympics at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese for the first fixture of the GPL week 24 games.
At the end of the game, Nations FC maintained their unbeaten home record by defeating the Dade boys by 1-0.
Centre back Razak Simpson who is arguably one of the best defenders in the league this season scored the only goal to clinch the victory for the home team.
This win takes Nations to 43 with a point above Samartex 1996 who have 42 points and will play Medeama SC too on Sunday. The debutants are really having a very good season as they look forward to winning the title in their maiden appearance.
