Showbiz critique, Majik George has expressed his disappointment not seeing Sally M in the Telecel Ghana Music Awards Unsung category.
The list for the emerging talents of the year considered was released on Friday, April 5, 2024 and saw the likes of; Kwesi Amewuga, Seven Kisses, Kasar, Lali and Lola, Keeny Ice and Alaptawan.
Sally Mugabe Hayfron known in the showbiz industry as Sally M is the reigning New Artist of the Year in Western Region and had various forms of support and expectations to make the cut.
According to the sharp critique, Majik George, it’s disappointing not to see any Western Region Artist making the list when speaking on Spice 91.9 FM’s Penpena which is being hosted by Nana Ama Shancy.
“I was expecting Sally M to make the cut, she’s one person I thought could make the list but the management couldn’t push her all the way and they seem to have slacked a bit.
“It is disappointing not to see any Takoradi or Western Region Artist in the list, likewise Central Region.
Sally M’s Feeling sparked various forms of conversation about the Artists writing ability and vocal prowess.
